All Levels – Traditional Pilates Reformer Experience the true essence of Pilates in this all-levels class focused on flexibility, balance, posture, breathing, and strength. Using only the Reformer and traditional Pilates props such as the ball or ring, this class applies the classical Pilates method to build a strong, stable, and aligned body. Expect precise movements, mindful breathing, and a calm environment that supports deep focus and connection.   Note for Instructors:   This class uses only traditional Pilates equipment (Reformer, ball, or ring). No dumbbells or ankle weights are to be used. Music should be kept soft in the background or off, to maintain focus on breath, technique, and mind-body awareness.
