Lisa originally sought out Pilates because of extreme back pain along with abdominal and back weakness agrravated by pregnancy. Through Pilates, she found back and abdominal strength in a way weight training had never addressed. After getting hooked on Pilates in 2003, she became a PMA certified and a dedicated instructor in 2012. She never tires of learing about the layers upon layers of benefits that are coming out about the benefits of this practice. She truely believes anyone can do Pilates and everyone will benefit from it.
