In your 60-minute session you will receive an energy healing session that will purify, nourish and bring you into a peaceful state. She works with chakra clearing, guided meditation and breath work to settle your cellular and nervous system.She has been teaching Pilates for 14 years, and she is well versed in the reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrels. She can teach both injured and rehab clients, as well as an advanced level class.
