Amy has been practicing yoga since she was 16 years old. While she enjoys practicing many different styles, yoga has been a constant in her life ever since her first class. Amy enjoys teaching vinyasa flow style classes that slowly build heat and intensity to a peak series of challenging poses, and then bringing the pace back down so that her students leave feeling relaxed, revitalized, and knowing they've gotten a good workout.After attending law school and living in Boston, MA, Amy moved back to her hometown of Buffalo, NY before recently moving to St. Pete.@morechickpeasplease
