Rachel started indoor spinning after college when looking for a new cardio workout (that wasn't running). She immediately fell in love with it - the energy of the room, the intensity of the class, and the bad a** riders she was there with. As a full-time event planner, she loves bringing people together and creating unique experiences. Shortly after she started riding, she found that every class was just that - a unique experience with amazing people, and she knew she wanted to create that! In her class, you'll get a mix of everything - sprints, hills, and lots of jumps out of the saddle. Music vibe: lots of pop, EDM, a little country, and her personal favorite - punk rock!@rachelcurtiss
