Intro Workout

About the Appointment

If you want to do private sessions or small group equipment classes using the reformer, tower and chair, you must schedule an initial consultation. This is a 55-minute private introductory workout and assessment. Your instructor will introduce you to the fundamental pilates exercises using the equipment in the studio and assess your movement in order to determine the most appropriate path to helping you reach your fitness goals. The consultation is required even if you have previous pilates experience.
