Hi Friend!I am so grateful to have this opportunity to do what I love, and that is connect with you! If it were not for you I would not be able to carryout my dreams and goals, so I say, thank you! Also I say welcome! I am so honored to bring you Beyond Barre Fitness!I created Beyond Barre as a connection avenue through fitness. I want you to feel motivated on and off your mat, so I bring you personal training sessions and group sessions for fitness. Over time I realized I'm not a gym girlie, I'm not a 5am full body workout person, and that is okay! Fitness looks different on everyone and to some it is low impact exercises mixed with cardio and or stretching. Beyond Barre sessions focus on three different formats Yoga, Barre, and Pilates. Finding what feels best on your body doesn't have to be scary but with ease in a consultation going over your fitness and body movement goals. One of the ways to show up fully for yourself is self care. Make intentional movement part of routine along with other healthy habits and your body will thank you.
