45 Minute Cardio Class Using the Jumpboards for those newer to Jumping! This class focuses on getting your heartrate up using the jumpboards & other exercises. Prepare to sweat! Get your cardio in during your Pilates Reformer based classes.   Clients who are pregnant or have vertigo CANNOT take this class!
