Ji began her commitment to fitness doing pole and aerial arts. She then started Pilates to combat the pain that comes with such intensive training. After few Pilates classes, she fell in love with the benefits of Pilates for her movement and fitness. It was the perfect balance of strength and flexibility. Ji pursued her passion for Pilates and got comprehensively certified through Core Pilates NYC. She is excited to share with others what had helped her so much.
