Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our Pilates for All class provides a balanced workout tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.
Important: For your safety and hygiene - GRIP SOCKS and TOWELS (size 11x34) are mandatory for all Pilates reformer sessions. Please ensure you wear grip socks to your session, as we cannot admit participants without them. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
