This is the perfect short, but power-packed workout that’s as fun as it is effective. Special Instructions

We’re excited to have you here! Grip socks are required for safety but can be purchased at the front desk. Feel free to bring your own sweat towel. Please note that we offer a 10-minute grace period after class begins. If you arrive within that time, we kindly ask that you take a moment to stretch before joining to help prevent injury. For your safety, we advise not joining the class after the 10-minute mark, as the warm-up will have been missed but we’ll be happy to welcome you to your next session! Our class levels are designed to meet you where you are: Level I – Low impact, beginner-friendly, with a gentle burn. Level II – Moderate intensity for a stronger burn. Level III – Advanced and fast-paced, with longer holds and deeper pulses. Let’s get moving!
