Estefania is a passionate pole and fitness professional with over 12 years of experience in pole dance instruction. When she’s not teaching, she dedicates her time to deepening her knowledge of technique, dance, fitness, and overall wellness. She is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment where students can focus on their personal growth, both physically and mentally. Estefania loves witnessing how people adapt, learn, and connect with their bodies through movement, and translate those skills and confidence into other areas of their lives.
