About the Class

PRE-REQ: Level 2 Pole and multiple Spin Pole (Level 1/2) classes In Spin Pole Level 2+ you'll work on more advanced spin shapes, conditioning, and sequences up the pole. Students signing up for this class should feel comfortable with their invert on static pole and should have previous experience with their climbs and upright shapes on spin pole.

Special Instructions

Approximately one hour prior to your class you will be emailed a link to unlock the building main entrance and second floor doors. If you have any issues, please call Everyody’s Nimble Unit 201 on the front door panel to be let in. You can also call the studio 718-306-3821. Please make sure to arrive on time. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed into the class. Thank you!
