I love Pole Empress, this was my 1st introduction to pole a few years ago & I fall more in love with it every class. All the instructors are so talented & amazing. I've been to a couple other pole studios in Philly over the years, but it never hits like home (PE)!!!! Pole teaches you sooo much, my only regret is that I didn't start sooner. I was scared for nothing lol I feel like everyone should experience a class. It really changed me for the better!
