1. How long you’ve been cycling/TRX strength training for, and what do you love most about it?I've been cycling and incorporating TRX strength training for 8 years'. What I love most about it is the combination of endurance and power—it challenges both the body and mind, and there's nothing like the energy of a great ride or workout session.2. When you’re not cycling, what’s your favorite hobby or activity?Outside of cycling, I love coaching volleyball and building winning programs. The one thing that I enjoy the most in recent years is going home and being a good father to my two kids. 3. What’s one thing you hope everyone takes from your class?I hope people walk away feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered. It’s not just about the workout—it’s about pushing past limits and realizing what you’re capable of.4. Pre-ride ritual or routine that helps you get pumped up for class?I always take a few deep breaths, visualize the energy I want to bring to class, and of course, play music that hypes me up.5. Go-to song or genre that gets you in the zone?Depends on the vibe—high-energy EDM for sprints, 80s/90s remixes for power climbs, and a little rock when I need that extra push.6. If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?I’d love to go to Greece or anywhere with beaches and scenery.7. What’s a fun fact about you that people might not know?I coach volleyball for a living. 8. Favorite strength training/cycling tip or piece of advice for beginners?Consistency is key! Don’t be afraid to start slow, focus on form, and build your endurance. And most importantly—have fun with it!
