Triathlon Swim Lessons are designed to assess your current swim technique and refine your skills to reach optimum efficiency just in time for that upcoming triathlon. We will video your first swim and together make a plan for reaching your goals. We will tackle the usual suspects robbing you of your efficiency: poor balance, sinking legs, breathing struggles and lack of endurance to get your swim feeling smooth and effortless.
