About the Class

The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns cuts scrapes sudden illnesses head neck back injuries heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. Registration is needed at least 1-week out to be sent online course materials. If purchased within 7-day window, you may not have enough to receive and complete the online materials. If this happens, we can assist you in rescheduling the course.  Please email “swimacademy@newtownathletic.com” to confirm your registration and receive online materials. 

Special Instructions

Participants with multple enrollees will need to provide additional full name and alternative email address to correctly process the certification through the American Red Cross's web portal.  Ex. If you are a couple enrolling, we will need you to email us over two sets of names and two sets of emails, even if the software lets you enroll as yourself twice.  You can always email us with questions!
