Yoga with Ruth -  is a combination of physical posture work, breathing and relaxation techniques. Yoga enhances your physical and emotional well-being. It can improve your balance and co-ordination. It will develop your flexibility and certain Yoga poses will build your physical strength. Yoga has been shown to be beneficial for the relief of stress and anxiety, releasing tension from muscles. Yoga can improve your sleep and, in some cases, assist chronic fatigue and pain management. this is the ideal time to start if you have been,  contemplating trying a yoga class.

Special Instructions

Please bring your own mats & props (mats can be provided if necessary) Please bring your own drink - we also have a coffee shop and kitchen at Bronleigh Please follow covid guidelines whilst attending class  please inform your instructor of any injuries so that poses can be adapted for your needs
