You will deepen your awareness and experience of postures (asanas), pranayama, relaxation and meditation techniques. Level 2 exercises improve the strength of our core, our digestion, immunity and the function of our kidneys. This level works strongly on our solar plexus (Manipur chakra), improving our digestion, endurance, ability to resist, immunity and willpower. This class takes place in our yoga hall in Merrylands. We can accomodate up to 12 students in the hall. If the hall is full, you are welcome to register for the waiting list and we will invite you in case somebody cancels. If you don't get into the yoga hall, you are very welcome to register for the same class online. Namelly, all the classes that will take place in the yoga hall will be, at the same time, streamed online.
