About the Class

To access your Zoom class, press “Join” button in “My schedule” tab on your mobile or web app. Or in your class reminder email which is sent 1 hour before the class.   Suitable for beginners with some experience in yoga. In a Hatha flow class, postures are linked in a sequence, some postures are used as transitions, some are main postures. Holding time on main postures is about 5-8 breaths.
