Have you already mastered beginners mediation steps and do you enjoy your meditation? Deepen your meditation practice, join us for the Self-Inquiry Meditation Course. Over the period of 6 weeks we will be progressing gradually through the level 5 of our self-inquiry meditation. Using the technique of self-inquiry helps us to become aware of your virtues and weaknesses, setting ourself free from prejudices and expectations of others. You will learn techniques to overcome the qualities or habits that hinder your development replacing them with the most beautiful and auspicious human qualities. Your teacher will be in constant communication with you, answering your questions, giving feedback and supporting your progress. Benefits of meditation It helps calming the body, breath, and mind; sharpens the concentration and prolongs the attention span. It helps us overcome our conscious and subconscious fears, complexes, anxieties and other negative emotions. It helps to unlock the hidden potentials, unfolds the creativity and improves the willpower. It helps to improve our relationships with fellow humans. It helps to enable us become the type of person we want to be in order to be happy with our life. Meets once per week for six weeks.
We kindly ask you to bring your own yoga mat. There is possibility to rent a mat for $5 in our centre or buy one in our shop. We provide cushions, meditation stools and blankets.
