Kat began her yoga journey in pursuit of a good workout, but quickly realized that was the tip of the iceberg. Spending time on her mat has become her respite and the key to her mental wellness.Kat’s practices are focused on relaxation, tension relief, and intentional movement.Kat received her YTT certification from Karma Teachers in Vancouver, BC, where she lived for 6 years. She’s now a Fergus local who loves biking, and any activity that gets her outside.
