About the Class

Full body metabolic conditioning training. This is where we get the most full body immersive experience. Using primarily large compound moves where multiple muscle groups are involved at once. This class will improve strength and cardiovascular fitness using multiple types of training methods!  Dumbbells and/or kettlebells and/or resistance band required. (Other forms of safe weight/household item can be utilized)
