Our special monthly classes are a real treat for the senses & nervous systems. Yin yoga is a passive, slow & mostly floor based practise where poses are held for several minutes in order to release deep held tension in the body & settle the mind. The beauty of this practise is that it can be modified and adjusted for everyone. This style works equally well for people who are looking to reduce their stress levels, or just to find greater flexibility. Each class will feature a sound bath in the form of crytal singing bowls, the intention behind this is to allow the vibration from the instruments to offer a greater level of release & relaxation.
