Caroline’s classes are a blend of static sequences that aim to challenge and strengthen the body, and fluid movements that flow with the breath, often informed by her love of dance.  She is also passionate about Yin Yoga. By working mindfully with the fascia and connective tissue, she aims to guide you towards a wider range of motion as well as a profound sense of calm.
