Meet Meghann Mundt, a Nervous System Coach who has dedicated herself to guiding individuals through transformative experiences. With three years of experience in the field, Meghann specializes in using deliberate cold exposure, breathwork, sound therapy, and somatic healing to empower her clients to uncover the person they have always truly been.Meghann's expertise is backed by certifications, including being a SHERPA Breath and Cold Master trainer.. She is also a certified health coach, Reiki practitioner, an expert in applied women's neurophysiology, and has honed her skills in somatic healing through Embody Lab.But Meghann's path to becoming a Nervous System Coach goes beyond her professional accomplishments. As a resilient two-time cancer survivor, having faced Leukemia at the age of 15 and Thyroid cancer at 30, she knows firsthand the challenges of overcoming health obstacles. Meghann's personal struggle led her to discover the healing potential of ice baths during the summer of 2020 when she was grappling with various internal issues.Prior to embracing cold exposure, Meghann experienced a range of health concerns, including poor sleep quality, irregular menstrual cycles, memory problems, hormonal imbalances, hair loss, IBS, full-body inflammation, recurring yeast infections, chronic anxiety, depression, and even suicidal thoughts. Despite seeking medical help, she found that her symptoms were merely treated without addressing the underlying causes, leaving her longing for lasting relief.Driven by a profound desire for improvement,Meghann took her first plunge into the icy waters, embarking on a journey of self-discovery and healing. This experience became a pivotal moment, as she emerged from each ice bath feeling more present, whole, and truly alive. Motivated by her own transformation, Meghann committed herself to regular cold exposure, taking ice baths 3-5 times a week.Through her dedication and perseverance, Meghann found that cold exposure served as a powerful tool to reset and heal her nervous system, allowing her major health issues to go into remission. Inspired by these results, she delved deeper into additional modalities that promote emotional and physical healing, such as breathwork, sound therapy, reiki, and somatic healing. Recognizing the immense benefits of these practices, Meghann made it her mission to share them with her community in the east valley, empowering others to find peace amidst the chaos of life.Meghann's journey as a Nervous System Coach is driven by a passion for education and empowerment.
