Building on the foundations of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, these class incorporate fluid transitions from one posture to the next and longer holds for a challenging, full-body practice with an emphasis on strength and mobility. Mixed Levels classes may include more advanced back extensions, arm balances, and inversions.
