Madison came to yoga after 10 years as a ballerina left her body injured and unable to move. It was yoga that brought her body and spirit back to life! Yoga is her excuse to talk about the big questions; why we are here and where we are going. She started searching as a child and has continued through her studies in philosophy, spirituality and psychology. Following the path of the Yoga Sutras, she seeks to move your physical body as a way to help you calm your mind and gain access to your soul. Her classes are active, creative and dynamic with lots of good music with less emphasis on some idea of postural perfection and more on who you are as you move through life and the poses. Her great honor is leading Ra Yoga's 300-hour training, joining My Yoga Canyon Country 200-hour training as a guest teacher, and mentoring new teachers on the path.
