Shani has been practicing yoga since 2008. She has a 200-hour yoga certification, and started teaching in 2019. Shani teaches Vinyasa and Restorative yoga. Shani's teaching philosophy revoles around cultiviating essental qualities to empower her students. Her classes are carefully curated to strike a balance between physical challenge and mental clarity, allowing you to deepen your practice regardless of your experienve level.
