Just Yoga
Lisa's classes are lighthearted and fun, while she still creates the space for a quiet, inward practice. She enjoys using an eclectic mix of music to set a mood. Lisa draws from Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions, as well as her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and technique, to create a flowing, dynamic practice in which students are encouraged to find their edges in a safely challenging way.
