Hi! I’m Katie G, and I’m excited to help everyone find their joy in movement! My fitness love is guiding remarkable group classes. Since 2016, my joy is teaching group fitness classes that are satisfying, successful, challenging, and FUN! Come join me for Pilates Reformer, Yoga, Barre Strength, Pilates Fusion and Full Body Strength! Proper form and modifications are always my focus as having options is the best way to feel confident, strong, and balanced inside and out! I am delighted to share my energy and love of movement with The Well Studio! Let’s breathe, move, and PLAY!
