Meaghan is certified through NASM as a personal trainer and health coach. She enjoys helping others have a healthier relationship with food and their bodies and has been doing so for over 10 years. In her early twenties, Meaghan grappled with emotional overeating challenges, often resorting to intense workouts as a means of "getting away with" indulging in food.Over time, she realized this wasn’t healthy, sustainable, or fun and became curious as to why she was doing it. This led to a love of psychology and mindfulness. It also changed her focus from calories and weight loss to self-care and mental health.Meaghan believes that everyone deserves to have a positive relationship with their bodies. That self-care from a place of self-love is the best gift we can give ourselves. Her goal each class is to create a safe and supportive space for all. Encouraging participants to listen to their bodies and prioritize their individual needs.She also enjoys being immersed in nature, spending time with friends, or being engrossed in a good book while lounging in her hammock. Favorite processed food: OreosFavorite unprocessed food: AvocadosYes, she eats them both but not together!
