Kosha 5 yoga studio stand for inclusivity. Our mission is to
make Yoga accessible to all individuals regardless
of their background. We want to open our doors to people of
all
races, orientations, age brackets, etc, and offer the practice
keepingin mind the individual's long-term emotional and physical
well-
being. We strive to work with the clients in meeting their owngoals
of finding sustainable health and cultivating a healthy
lifestyle. The studio will imbibe the techniques of Yoga as
prescribed in the ancient scriptures and adapt them to meet
the
needs of modern society.

The Studio offers a range of classes to honot the Five Koshas
and to meet the distict needs of the students. Bliss, Spunk, Calm,
Infuse, and Repose classes are designed towards hollistic wellness
of  any individual.All can benefit from the classes
offered.
