BoxFit is a dynamic, boxing-inspired workout that combines strength, endurance, and agility for a full-body challenge. The class consists of 10 rounds, each lasting 3.5 minutes. You'll be throwing punches, engaging your core, and powering through strength and agility exercises designed to keep you on your toes. Get ready to sweat and have fun!! Suitable for all fitness levels. Note: This isn't a traditional boxing class—there are no heavy bags. It's all shadowboxing, so no gloves or wraps required.
