About the Class

An upbeat High Intensity Interval Training Class jam packed with cardio & infused with weights, use of plyometric, resistance, and strength training to sculpt and tone muscles leading to a stronger practice.  Instructor will utilize different modalities and props.  Modifications will be provided for a lower impact option and prenatal safety. Class is done barefoot, no need for shoes. Only yoga mat and water.
