Reconnect with yourself through this classic form of yoga. Hatha yoga pairs poses (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama). Hatha is slower paced than a Vinyasa Flow class. Poses are held longer with a focus on proper alignment, breathwork and mindfulness. Get to know your inner landscape by growing awareness for your movement through various asanas (poses) to cultivate mindfulness, increase flexibility and balance, and build both mental and physical stamina.
