About the Class

Take a lunch break with a 60 minute yoga practice that will energize your body, awaken your mind, and get you through the rest of your day. The vinyasa flow (breath linked with movement) helps to increase circulation, lengthen & strengthen muscles and invigorate your spirit. You will leave feeling ready to take on your day. This class is suitable for All Levels of practice.   ·       Intense and Fast-Paced: Expect a rapid flow of postures, connecting breath to movement with minimal pauses between poses, creating a challenging workout.  ·       Heated Environment: The room will be heated to 98 degrees which enhances flexibility and detoxification.  ·       Focus on Strength and Stamina: The sequence will include postures that target various muscle groups, building strength and endurance throughout the body.  ·       Mind-Body Connection: Despite the intensity, the class emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, promoting mindfulness and mental focus.  ·       All Levels Welcome (with Modifications): While challenging, instructors will provide modifications to accommodate different levels of experience, allowing beginners to participate while still receiving a good workout.    60 minute class   98 degrees   Level - all levels
