Special Instructions

Special Instructions for Thavma ISO Rhythm & Fire: This class is limited to 16 participants due to specialized equipment and space. Pre-registration is required to secure your spot. Arrive 15 minutes early for setup and equipment adjustments. Weighted Bar and ball will be provided; bring a mat and water(ankle weights). Grip socks are recommended for stability but not required. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid class disruptions. This class is designed for all levels, but expect intense muscle engagement and rhythmic movement. Gold/ Founders and Unlimited Members have unlimited access; non-members must purchase drop in rate or the ISO Rhythm & Fire 8-Pack to participate.
