No force yoga flow. A gradual and deeper aspect of each stretch for each body type to gain flexibility. Perfect for beginners to athletes in order to reduce stress physically and mentally. Stretches are held longer to connect with the breath. Excellent for recovering/preventing injuries, chronic pain, and gently becoming stronger. We focus on the core to support the spine and beginners are encouraged to be near a wall or bar for assistance in balance poses that can be challenging. Modifications & progressions are always offered.
