Top Cert(s): E-RYT500, YACEP, E-RYT200About Me: I started practicing yoga in 1985, drawn to its ability to quiet the mind and awaken the body. Teaching breathwork and mindfulness since 1994, I deepened my studies with a 200-hour yoga certification in 2011, followed by a 300-hour certification in 2020. Along the way, Ayurveda became a guiding light, offering balance and resilience. Now, as a student of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, I integrate these sister sciences to help others cultivate harmony in their lives. Whether through movement, breath, sound, or stillness, my work is about reconnecting to inner wisdom. As Emory Hall so beautifully writes, “Come home to yourself. You are the one you’ve been waiting for.” Yoga and Ayurveda are invitations to do just that—to honor our nature, embrace self-discovery, and find joy in the process. Let’s breathe, explore, and rediscover balance together. - Advanced Ayurvedic Studies – Completed 200-hour Foundations of Ayurveda Foundations in Ayurveda through the Kripalu School, plus a 75-hour Uniting Yoga & Ayurveda module.
