I fell in love with Yoga at the age of 7 without even realizing it. I took my first Yoga class over 30 years ago and hated it. I've had back issues most of my life and suffered severe Anxiety in my Corporate job. Yoga has been my Health Insurance for soo many years now. I love to learn, practice and teach what I have learned. Every day a student of Yoga. Join me for my discussions on Traditional Yoga, or a EmPowering Yoga class.
