Movement + Writing Workshop MOVEMENT: We invite in intentional sensation to activate and drop into the body; throwing us into the process of radical presence, honesty, and awareness. MEDITATION: We shift from activation to stillness; observing without attachment what has been stirred up and prepare to lovingly work alongside of it. MUSIC: The primal connection to sound facilitates connection to our intuitive vibrational state and acts as a catalyst for a deeper drop-in. WRITING: From a body-centered space of groundedness, safety, and connection to the wisdom of our bones, we bypass the mind and alchemize shifts.
