A quiet yin practice with quiet music and a relaxing fragrance! Very slow paced yoga, where we stop and hold poses that take very little or no muscle exertion or muscle strain. You’ll be guided into a grounded pose and asked to completely relax and let go, as the tissues in your body stretch and loosen. Poses are held for ten breaths to ten minutes, during which time you work on quieting your mind and releasing emotional tension. This is good for ANYbody…seniors, students, body builders, marathon runners, desk workers, couch potatoes…every single person can benefit from this rejuvenating, peaceful practice. (Our blue mats are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. You are welcome to bring your own blanket/cusion to place under your mat if you'd like.)
