This is a level 1/2 yoga session held in our heated studio. This is a great step up if you would like to take your practice from slow flow to be more active, or if you have been practicing for a while and just want to see what it's like in a heated environment! Our certified instructor will guide you through poses to increase flexibility and strength, and make you feel successful in your practice, while the extra heat brings deeper stretches! Depending on the instructor, you may be led through a Vinyasa flow, or guided through individual poses and breathwork in a Hatha style session.
This class is recommended for ages 16+. Please bring your own mat. Mats will not be available to loan out at the studio.
