The full moon is a potent time to pause, reflect, and realign. Through this grounding practice, you’ll connect to your inner wisdom, plant seeds of intention, and let the stillness guide you forward. Bring a journal, pen, and anything that helps you feel cozy (blanket, pillow, eye mask). No experience necessary—just come as you are. Let the light of the moon illuminate what you’re ready to release—and what you’re ready to receive.
