About the Class

More than just a stretching class....our Power Yoga Class will keep your body moving and get your heart rate up!    This is not an advanced yoga class and is suitable for anyone who wants to burn calories. We sequence each class to bring your heart rate up and then improve strength and stability.  We also offer modifications as we go to keep the class challenging  but make it accessible so everyone can participate.
