Shae is a Registered Yoga Teacher who completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training at Open Doors. In a world that’s perpetually fast-paced, yoga offers an oasis, teaching us to breathe, be present, and find balance. Through both slow, meditative flows and invigorating power sequences, Shae creates a well-rounded practice that caters to all levels. Whether it is your first time on the mat or thousandth, Shae meets all students where they are by offering modifications of varying intensity. Shae strives to foster an environment where all yogis feel welcome and empowered. Shae's diverse taste in music shapes her soundtracks which often feature classic rock, country, pop, and sound bowls. Off the mat, Shae is an avid reader, coffee lover, and foodie.
