Pop Up classes added frequently including other styles of yoga
activities.

Our mission is to heal people and teach them how to heal themselves
by practicing the Original 26& 2 Hot Yoga in a space where
everyone is welcome-as they are- and everyone
belongs.

30 days unlimited Beginner Original Hot Yoga live taught classes. New students can gain the 10 class requirement to attend remote taught classes during this time period. It's best to take as many classes as possible to get acclimated to the heat and get to know the community anyway.
