A one-on-one yoga session is highly beneficial for beginners who are learning the basics, individuals with specific health concerns, or experienced practitioners aiming to deepen their practice. It provides a safe, supportive, and focused environment for personal growth, physically and emotionally. Private sessions help you to build confidence in your yoga practice. The instructor designs a yoga sequence tailored to the individual. This personalized approach ensures that the session caters directly to the client’s needs, whether it’s focusing on certain body areas, working on specific asanas (poses), or addressing mental and emotional well-being. Since it's an individualized setting, the instructor can offer immediate feedback and adjustments, ensuring the client practices safely and effectively. In addition: Barb Langrell specializes in helping beginner and more experienced yogis adapt yoga to meet their unique bodies. She will help you learn to use props to feel more comfortable in poses and help you find transitions between poses that fit your body.   Sara Guterbock specializes in yoga for back pain and arthritis, arm balances and inversions, beginner yoga, and more advanced techniques and transitions. Sara can also work with you on breathwork and meditation.  Tammy Bryant specializes in beginner yoga and yoga flow, helping you to find proper alignment and transition smoothly between poses. Tammy can also help you build up to a more rigorous yoga flow practice. Stephanie Smith specializes in yoga flow and yoga for seniors. Stephanie can also work with you on breathwork and meditation.  If a time is not available with the teacher that you want, email the studio. Another time may be available. $60 for 1 hour.
