and BUMPIN' MUSIC!! Improve strength, flexibility and endurance
through this fun, dynamic class. Recommended for intermediate &
advanced practitioners.
Please register early. If the class
has no students registered 1 hour before start time, the class will
be cancelled. If you can't attend class, please remember to cancel
your registration prior to class.

Welcome to Sweet Peace
Yoga Studio where you can begin or deepen your yoga, pilates, and
tai chi practice while learning strategies to balance your energy
and emotions. Our mission is to
give you tools to help yourself
heal emotionally and find peaceful balance,
while developing strength and flexibility. We live in a society
where we are constantly expected to tame and dishonor our emotions.
This is quite harmful to well-being. Yoga and other mind-body
practices give us tools to be resilient!!! They complement (but
don't replace) western healthcare. Research shows that a regular
yoga, tai chi, and Pilates practice enhances emotional, mental, and
physical health. We offer a wide variety of classes that
enhance flexibility, strength, and stamina in
your physical body while deepening your connection with vital
energy. You can also take our workshops to learn more
about the energy body and
self-healing through breathwork, mindfulness, reiki, crystals, and
sound. Our offerings are designed to promote physical, emotional,
and spiritual growth. We look forward to practicing with
you! We are going to have fun and
grow together!

Sweet Peace Yoga Studio

Unlimited yoga and Pilates classes starting the day you subscribe to the membership.

Your account will be automatically charged each month. You can cancel the membership by contacting the studio before the monthly renewal. Memberships require you to keep your credit card on file.  We utilize Paragon Payment Solutions, a secure processing company.

Monthly Yoga/Pilates Membership

One Class Pass

Purchase two classes.  Expires in 1 month.

Two Class Pass

Access to 10 classes. This pass can be used for Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. It can not be used for sound baths or appointments.

Expiration: 5 months.

Ten Class Pass

This introductory Membership provides one week of unlimited yoga and Pilates.  It activates the day that you purchase it so wait and purchase it on the first day that you want to attend class.  The one week membership is a great way to get to know the teachers and try the variety of classes.  This membership does not include Tai Chi, Sound Baths, or Workshops. Only redeemable once per client.  After the membership ends, you can choose to purchase a full monthly membership or pay by class.
